Terms
GarageReach USA provides a directory and referral service that connects homeowners and property managers with independent local garage door professionals. By using this website or the phone connection line, you agree that GarageReach USA's role is limited to that connection. We are not a garage door company, we employ no technicians, and we perform no inspections, repairs, replacements, or installations. Any visit to your property is made by the independent professional you are connected with, acting as their own business.
Professionals connected through this service are independent businesses. They set their own schedules, choose their own methods, supply their own tools and parts, and are solely responsible for the work they perform, for their conversations with you about that work, and for any arrangements you make with them. An agreement about work at your property is an agreement between you and that professional. GarageReach USA is not a party to it and does not supervise, direct, or verify work while it is being carried out at your home or work site.
Availability of professionals varies by area, day, and demand, and GarageReach USA cannot promise that a professional will be available for every location, time, or type of work, or that every request will result in a connection or a visit. Descriptions on this site, including city and county pages, explain services and coverage in general terms; they are not a promise that a particular service is available at a particular address. If a connection cannot be made for your request, we will tell you during the call rather than leave the request unanswered.
As a user of this service, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you call or write, including your location and your description of the garage door concern, since the connection depends on those details. You are also responsible for decisions you make about work at your property, including which professional's visit to accept and what work to agree with them. Please keep the area around your garage door clear and safe for a visit, and raise any concern about a visit directly and promptly with the professional involved.
The content of this website is provided for general information about the referral service and about garage door topics. While we work to keep pages accurate and current, local details can change, and content here should not be treated as instructions for carrying out garage door work yourself. Garage door systems include parts under strong tension, and hands on work should be left to professionals. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version posted on this site is the one that applies to your use of the service.
